EMPOWER NIGER DELTA INDIGENES – MR. TONY OYATEDOR

A United States-based media motivational speaker and media consultant, Mr. Tony Oyatedor, has said that for violence to abate in the Niger Delta, the people of the region must be empowered and must be given what they deserve.
Oyatedor said this in a chat with our correspondent in Lagos.
He decried the incessant religious crises in some parts of the country and urged Nigerians to embrace one another in the spirit of unity.
He said, “You’ve got to come down to the Niger Delta to understand what they are going through. If you own a house and a visitor comes to your house, orders you out, wants to rape your wife and kill your children, you either attack the unwanted visitor or commit suicide”.
