Leven Alice Rambin is a prominent American actress. She is well-known for playing look-alike half-sisters Lily Montgomery and Ava Benton on All My Children, and for her recurring roles on Grey’s Anatomy and Gone. Moreover, she is prominently known in the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, One Tree Hill, Wizards of Waverly Place, and CSI: Miami. In 2012, she appeared n the sci-fi film The Hunger Games as the District 1 tribute Glimmer, and in 2013 appeared in the fantasy film Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters as Clarisse La Rue.

A Career from 2004 to 2009

At the age of 13, she began her acting career as a series regular on ABC’s All My Children from 2004 to 2008. In the series, she played the role of Lily Montgomery, the autistic daughter of Jackson Montgomery, played by Walt Willey. It was announced that she had been cast in another role on All My Children where she played the street-smart but lovable older half-sister of Lily Montgomery, Ava Benton where the role lasted for two consecutive years. In addition, she became the only actress from All My Children to be nominated for the 33rd Annual Daytime Awards and 34th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.

Moreover, because of her roles as Lily Montgomery and Ava Benton, she was nominated for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama series. Later she appeared on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She made her feature film debut in 2008 in Killer Film’s independent picture Gigantic. The film starred Paul Dano. She then joined the cast of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles playing the character Riley Dawson school friend and love interest of John Connor. On January 5, 2010, she briefly returned to All My Children for the show’s 40th Anniversary.

In 2010 she appeared on the ABC television series Scoundrels as the daughter of Virginia Madsen’s and Davis James Elliott’s characters. However, on August 15, 2010, the series ended its eight-episode run because of low ratings. Next Rambin appeared on the Disney Channel show Wizards of Waverly Place in the recurring role of Rosie. Later she was cast on the long-running CW series One Tree Hill in the recurring role of Chloe Hall. Nevertheless, she was cast on the CBS crime drama CSI: Miami as Molly Sloan.

It was announced that Lionsgate and director Gary Ross cast Rambin in her first major studio role film in the role of Glimmer, the cut-throat District 1 Tribute in the first film adaptation (2012) of the popular book series called The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. After the film’s success, she and the cast of The Hunger Games went on a The Hunger Games Convention Tour and also appeared in The World Is Watching: Making the Hunger Games. Her other film roles include Chasing Mavericks (2012) where she played the lead love interest, Kim Moriarty.

Later on November 7, 2012, she starred in the music video for Green day’s “Stray Heart”. The next year in 2013, she had a lead role in the fantasy film Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. That same year she moved to New York City to study acting full-time.

Rambin landed the role of Kayla Canyon in 2014 in the independently produced pilot Dr. Del, opposite John Hawkes. Later that year, she was cast in the lead role of Fern Sreaves in Tatterdemalion. The next year she was cast in the NBC Universal series, Gone in the starring role of Kick Lanigan based on the novel One Kick by Chelsea Cain.
