 IMPLOSION IMMINENT IN APC 

The storm is gathering. The fire is brewing. The explosion is not far; it’s already rumbling beneath the surface of Nigerian politics.

When a political party becomes a refuge for every power-hungry, resources scampering defector, when men without true conviction swarm like moths around the flame of power, destruction is certain. No structure built on greed and personal introversion ever stands for long.

Look around, they are all running to the ruling party! Governors, senators, former foes now singing the same tune. Not out of love for the people, not out of shared ideology, but out of sheer self-interest. They are not joining because they believe; they are joining because they want to perpetuate their relevance at the corridors where our national cake is being shared.

This is not politics, it is an auction of personal values! Most defections to the ruling party represent something that in most cases is a hidden trade for personal aggrandizement. Most defections to the ruling party are often deals signed in the marketplace of avarice.

But make no mistake; when too many interests crowded the same table, it will not end with a feast; it will certainly end with a fight. Because ambition has no loyalty. Greed has no limit. And when every man wants to be king, even the throne becomes a battlefield.

That is what’s coming. The ruling party, bloated with desperation and deception is sitting on a time bomb. They call it unity, but it’s nothing more than a fragile truce among political merchants waiting to stab each other at the first chance.

Nigeria has seen this movie before. The same defectors who once cursed a system are now begging for a seat at its table. But the house they are running into is already cracking. The center cannot hold, not when it is built on lies and self-preservation.

Let them keep running. Let them keep shouting “aligning with the center” as they scramble for positions, appointments and contracts. But when the implosion happens; and it will, the explosion will shake the entire political landscape of this nation 

Because no nation can rise on the foundation of hypocrisy and sycophancy. No party can stand when every man inside it is there for himself.

So brace up, Nigerians. The masquerade will soon dance itself naked in the market square. The feast of defection will end in a festival of chaos.

The implosion is not just imminent it is inevitable. And when it comes, it will be loud enough to wake the conscience of this nation! And that’s when Nigerians will rise against those who have ganged up to finish our common patrimony.

Watch out Nigeria!
