Who Is Gary Busey?
Gary Busey is an American singer, actor, and also musician. Furthermore, he portrayed Buddy Holly in The Buddy Holly Story in 1978, where he was a character actor. Moreover, he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor where he won the National Society of Film Critic Award for Best Actor.
His business career as a drummer began at The Rubber Band. As an actor in 1975 “Harvey Daley,” Gary became the last person to be killed in the Gunsmoke series in the third to last episode, No. 633- “The Buster.”

In Michael Cimino’s buddy adventure caper Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, starring Clint Eastwood and also Jeff Bridges, Busey made his big film debut in a supporting role in 1974.
