Currently, she plays a lead role in the HBO series Succession, as Siobhan ”Shiv” Roy.

Snook replaced Elisabeth Moss as the lead in the horror-thriller movie Run Rabbit Run in December 2021, directed by Daina Reid. She was then cast in a multi-starer movie The Beanie Bubble in January 2022, co-directed by Kristin Gore and Damian Kulash. In 2022, she narrated the Netflix documentary Kangaroo Valley.
