Kenneth Copeland ( Kenneth Max Copeland )  is an American author and televangelist. In addition as an author, he is associated with the Charismatic movement worth an estimated $ 300 million to $ 760 million. Kenneth organizations are based in Tarrant County, Texas.

Furthermore, Kenneth has been named as a proponent of the prosperity gospel. His evangelism encourages parishioners to give to his church, promising a “hundredfold” return on their contribution. Moreover, he has been criticized for using tax-exempt status and gifts to fund mansions, luxury jets, an airport, and other extravagant expenditures.

During the Corona pandemic in 2020, he continuously cited that the pandemic had ended or will soon end. He went further and claimed that he had the ability to cure his followers of the disease. The followers were supposed to keep paying tithes to him even if they lost their job in the economic crisis that the pandemic had caused. Kenneth went ahead and lied to his followers that he had destroyed the virus and had ended the ongoing pandemic.

Together with his wife and ministry friends including some family members, they preach at other conventions and conferences throughout the world.

Moreover, these events are always aired live on Christian television stations such as God TV and the Daystar Television Network, as well as on Copeland’s website, kcm.org. In his response to the matter from the public, Copeland cited an accounting firm’s declaration that all jet travel is compliant with federal tax laws. However, KCM’s Citation Bravo was denied tax exemption in December 2008 after the company failed to apply a generic Texas Comptroller form.

This comptroller is used by several county assessment districts to make decisions, which would have meant making the salary public for all ministry staff. The ministry went ahead and filed suit with the Tarrant Appraisal District in January 2009. Furthermore, the petition to have the aircraft’s tax-exempt status restored was issued in March 2010. Moreover, the Kenneth Copeland Ministries has taken advantage of an FAA policy that keeps flights private from monitoring websites, and the ministry holds five such aircraft, including the Cessna 750 Citation X mentioned above and a North American T-28 Trojan.
