Robert Jeffress is an American pastor for Southern Baptist. In addition, he is also an author, radio presenter, and televangelist.

Despite being a preacher he is a strong conservative. During the 2012 Republican presidential primaries, he endorsed Governor Rick Perry.

On October 7, 2011, he sparked a nationwide controversy.
