What will it Profit ( Benefit ) a man or woman if he or she gains the whole world ( wealth, fame, success, bank account, cars, aircraft, houses, political position/ office, title etc ) but forfeits his or her soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory and majesty of His FATHER with His Angels and will judge all people ( not some people – Jewish Christian Muslim ) all people according to their deeds. And HE WILL REPAY ( RECOMPENSE ) EACH ONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH WHAT HE OR SHE HAS DONE —— not how many times he or she goes to Synagogue, Church, Mosque to sing, clap, dance, shout, pay tithe or pay offering with Lip – Profession ” I am Jewish Christian Muslim ” but each and every one will be judged according to his or her good or bad deeds. —- Mathew 16 : 26 – 27 Amplified Holy Bible.
The home of a once number 1 man in Nigeria, a Commander of men, a very rich, respected and feared leader with all the wealth to acquire whatever he wants on earth. Take a closer look at the grave, not minding his position while alive, in death, his body will decay in a small, unkept sandy room under the ground. Zoom in and see the type of cheap wood that was used to lower his body down that narrow pit, not even up to the size of a passage in a house. No more royalty, no more command, no more authority, all of these and more are vanity upon vanity. The same applies to everyone of us on earth. This calls for a reflection on our way of life. Be humble, diligent, caring and loving, be at peace with one another and be your brother’s keeper. The greatest of them all is LOVE.
