In the scriptures – Genesis 41: 1 – 57, Joseph was with the Chief Baker and the Chief Butler. It was the Chief Butler that mentioned Joseph to Pharaoh. The fundamental question is – where are the Niger Delta Governors, Senators, House of Reps members, Ministers and business men and women who can WHISPER to the President’s ear about ” The Champ ” Bash Ali’s project from 17 years ago till date?
