Insecurity: Ethnic coloration, Religious intolerance, Poor Governance, underscores Nigeria Security Challenges -Retired General.

A Security expert who is a Retired General, Rear Admiral Godwill Siempre Ombo has identified the insecurity menace in the country to lack of Religious intolerance, Ethnic coloration, and Poor Governance among others as the main thing behind security challenges in Nigeria.
He stated this while anchoring a Seminar in Kaduna saying, the major problem Nigeria has in terms of security is a lack of Religious intolerance, Ethnic coloration, and Poor Governance.
The retired general said apart from any other things, if Nigeria can go away from this menace then everything would be okay.
According to him, “there are Boko-haram in the north and militant in the South among other ones but if you take away all that I mentioned, the insecurity challenges will die off within a twinkle of an eye.
“Over 10 years ago (2009), a man who has the interest of peace at heart, and who is from Nigeria, the President/CEO of News time International, Mr. Tony Oyatedor, an astute Journalist, Author best-selling book on Leadership, Radio/TV Talk Show Analyst, Researcher/Commentator on Religious and Global Affairs with a penchant on African took his time and energy to research and know the problem of insecurity, especially in Nigeria but after all his efforts, was fruitless due to Nigerian leaders not having the political will to end this.
“Here again, he has come to hold Security Seminars across the federation in the 6 Geopolitical Zone of the country; which includes Abeokuta, Enugu Jos, Maiduguri, Sokoto, Uyo, and the Federal Capital.
“Already, he has commenced the national security seminars starting from Kaduna and it will go to Abuja, Kano, and Lagos.
“This man has taken his time to do research and study the three major religions, especially in Nigeria which includes, Bible, Qur’an, and Torah in Synagogues, Churches, and Mosques, and what is expected of Nigerians and its leader is to cooperate and give him the benefit of doubt and see what God, Allah will do through him,” he said.
